Each pill contains herbal extracts equivalent to dry:

Atractylodes macrocephala, rhizome 37mg

Poria Cocos, fruit 37mg

Codonopsis pilosula, root 18mg

Pinellia ternata, rhizome 18mg

Amomum villosum, fruit 15mg

Citrus reticulata, fruit peel 15mg

Cyperus rotundus, rhizome13mg

Glycyrrhiza uralensis, root 13mg

Ziziphus jujuba, fruit 4mg

Zingiber officinale, rhizome 2mg

Directions:

Take 8 pills 3 times per day, 1/2-1 hour away from meals with a cup of warm water.
